I dont believe it is auto in any way. You have to lead them like in nf and you have to pick the depth like in nf manual you only click to fire your turrets

Pick the depth... this game just got interesting. So you can actually have a shot land short or way too far because of something you did?

How do you pick the depth?

Can you manually change your gun angles like you can in NF?

Imagine NF auto-aim but in 3D. That's what it is. You click and it will fire there. You do have to lead the target though. If they're moving towards you, you have to aim closer to your ship than if they were straight-lining or moving away. It's pretty common sense and easy to learn once you play a couple games.

Torpedoes work the same way they do in NF except they're way way stronger and cripple ships with only a few hits.

CV gameplay is retarded. You only get 2 pilots on the first CV scaling up to 5 pilots on the final tier CV. You don't get to freely choose how many fighter/TB/DB pilots you carry. There are two-three presets you can choose from, most of which are usually shitty. On the Independence you get the choice of being 1/1/1, 1/2/0, or 2/0/1.

Controlling fighter pilots is just plain uninteresting.
Dive bombers are severely under-powered.
Manual torpedo bombing is probably the only interesting thing about CVing. The thing is though, AAW is going to rape your planes (from max height) before they ever get in range to do anything.

On top of all that, the maps are very small. Unless you run into the corner of the map, you're going to have two DDs in your face that you can't do anything about. Oh and imagine someone popping smoke that covers the entire south flank in NF. That's what smoke is like in WoWS.

Overall, cruisers are not so bad to play. Imagine the game is a blitz/op convoy. I haven't played destroyers, but I assume they're also pretty fun. There will never really be any line battles with all the islands littering the map.

no mate... well actually its semi. Its an aim and timing and shoot game. Specially when they are beyond 17miles away(I dont know if its measurement is in miles). Trust me, CV gameplay sux cux... id rather use my +11 fps on NF. Torps hit hard and can kill a BB in one wave.

First of it is an FPS style game and no there is no comparison between manual in nf and WoWs.
I tried it out, it is alot slower paced , though it does have very nice graphics it is boring as hell. i played it for one evening and have not touched it since.

Yes it is Auto.

No manual elevating of gun angles, just point and click.

the whole game is wayyyy over hyped in my opinion.
